Friday Reset workshops

As time poor individuals managing the daily pressures of busy lives, at home and at work, the Friday Reset series was created to inspire and uplift at the end of a hectic week. A series of bite-sized sessions that blend together group coaching and yoga in a way which allows you to work on those things getting in the way of being the best version of you, as well as allowing time to take care of the body with some restorative yoga for rest and relaxation.

Working together to create an event to recharge and restore

In collaboration with Sarah MacDonald from Barefoot Yoga Caversham we created and delivered a series of 3, 2 hour long sessions covering coaching topics that are a challenge to many of us, such as:

  • Managing Your Inner Critic
  • Building Confidence with positive body language
  • Developing an optimistic outlook

Having worked with the mind, we then moved on to work with the body, experiencing a slow flow candlelit yoga to relax, re-energise and revitalize.

It wouldn’t be a Friday evening treat if this wasn’t followed by a glass of fizz and some nibbles!

Delivered in a way that would create trust and a chance to experiment

It’s really important to do this kind of work, that is meaningful and personal, in an environment where you feel safe and secure and able to talk honestly. Delivered in a quiet setting, a confidential and non-judgmental space was created where guests felt able to experiment with new ideas and share stories to support and encourage each other to stretch and grow. Plus a sprinkling of fairy lights creates a special glow!
